These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PeerGate platform and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any PeerGate service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2.Service Description
PeerGate provides a managed network infrastructure platform that includes:
- VPN connection management (WireGuard and SSTP protocols)
- Network monitoring dashboard with real-time statistics
- Elastic/static IP address management
- Billing and subscription management
- Customer support via ticket system
3.Account Responsibilities
When using PeerGate, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security (recommended)
- Maintain one account per person — do not create duplicate accounts
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
4.Acceptable Use
You agree to use PeerGate services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service for any activity that violates local, national, or international law
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense your VPN access without prior written authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to PeerGate
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Use the service in a way that negatively impacts other users' experience
5.Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Unauthorized access attempts to third-party systems or networks
- Sending spam, phishing, or bulk unsolicited communications
- Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
- Network scanning, port scanning, or denial-of-service attacks
- Any form of harassment, abuse, or threats through the service
6.Billing & Payment
- Services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer — no credit card required
- Invoices are generated according to your billing cycle and available in the dashboard
- Payment is due within the terms specified on each invoice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension until payment is received
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for refund requests
7.Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high uptime for all services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via in-app notifications
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure, upstream provider outages, etc.)

8.Data & Privacy
Your use of PeerGate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy
9.Intellectual Property
- The PeerGate platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of PeerGate and protected by intellectual property laws
- You retain all rights to your own data (account information, uploaded files, support ticket content)
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the PeerGate platform without prior written consent
10.Limitation of Liability
- PeerGate services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your failure to maintain backups of your own data
11.Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your VPN connections will be deactivated and your data will be available for export for 30 days
- After the 30-day period, all account data will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law
12.Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
- Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification
- Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
- If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before the changes take effect
13.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Palestine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Palestine.
